Terms of Use: Navigating the End User License Agreement
Thank you for choosing Auditwise for your call auditing needs. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Auditwise, Inc. ("Auditwise", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Auditwise software as a service (SaaS) platform ("Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use the Service.
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Auditwise grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.
You shall not (a) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Service in any way; (b) modify or make derivative works based upon the Service; (c) create Internet "links" to the Service or "frame" or "mirror" any content on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device; or (d) reverse engineer or access the Service in order to (i) build a competitive product or service, (ii) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Service, or (iii) copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Service.
The Service and all rights therein are and shall remain Auditwise's property or the property of Auditwise's licensors. Neither this EULA nor your use of the Service conveys or grants to you any rights: (a) in or related to the Service except for the limited license granted above; or (b) to use or reference in any manner Auditwise's company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks, or services marks.
Your use of the Service is subject to Auditwise's Privacy Policy, which is available on our website and incorporated herein by reference. You agree to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Auditwise. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Auditwise if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Service and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Service.
In no event shall Auditwise, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the Service.
