1 What do I need to do to start my free trial?
Simply enter your details into the form on the website or contact one of our Sales Team who would be happy to get the trial started for you.
2 What happens to my data after the free trial?
If you choose to upgrade to a full account with AuditWise, any data that you have entered during the free trial will be retained. Alternatively, the data will be deleted from the system if you choose not to upgrade.
3 Is my data secure?
Access to AuditWise can be controlled by managing the IP addresses that are permitted to access your account. You can add or delete the relevant IP addresses as necessary
4 How many users can I add into AuditWise?
There is no limit to the number of users that can be added
5 Can I only use it to score calls?
AuditWise can be used to score any type of customer interaction, e.g. voice call, email, web chat etc. Additionally, you can add the relevant file type to the scorecard whether that be an audio or a text file.
6 I’m used to using Excel, will I find it easy to use?
Absolutely! AuditWise has been developed to ensure that it is intuitive and easy to navigate around. There are helpful hints available when building a scorecard and even some ready made templates to save you starting from scratch. Our team are also on hand to help with any questions that you may have.
7 Can I upload a call into AuditWise?
Yes, you can upload the associated files to any scored interaction. This can be a call recording or a transcript of an interaction
